What you will do:

As an Account Executive, you will drive Ynteq’s growth by expanding our client base in the Italian market. You’ll focus on building relationships, closing deals, and converting prospects into long-term customers. By presenting our value proposition, you’ll help our customers succeed, grow our portfolio, and increase revenue.

  • Build and manage a recurring pipeline of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)

  • Conduct digital demos and sales consultations

  • Close deals and drive revenue growth

  • Transfer new customers to the onboarding team

  • Cross-sell and upsell to existing clients

  • Build industry connections to generate leads

  • Pursue new business opportunities and collaborate with teams to drive growth


What you bring:

  • At least 2 years in sales, including cold calling, managing full sales cycle, and deal closing

  • Experience with small- and medium annual contract value (€2-20k)

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, SaaS, or similar industries

  • Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot a plus)

  • Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) and proficient in English 

  • A team player who takes ownership of tasks

  • Results-driven with strong problem-solving and communication skills

  • Enjoys working from the office at least 3 days a week

  • Thrives in a start-up environment
