What you will do:
As Corporate Recruiter you will be our recruitment guru and responsible for hiring qualified candidates for several departments. You will own the recruitment cycle from end to end and be responsible for achieving the recruitment KPIs. You are an innovator that is up-to-date on recruitment trends to keep improving our recruitment strategy. Last year the Ynteq team grew 150% and we want to continue this growth trajectory.
Sourcing candidates;
Conducting first-interviews;
Guiding candidates through the funnel;
Keeping in touch with hiring managers.
Proactively take initiatives to improve our recruitment practices;
Give solicited and unsolicited advice on topics related to recruitment.
What you bring:
Business proficiency in English;
3 years of experience in the recruitment-field;
Excellent sourcing and interviewing skills;
You love the challenge of a scale-up environment and would like to contribute to scaling our company;
You like to work in a team, but you feel comfortable working independently on some tasks and projects;
You value drive, intelligence and honesty and you are a coachable team player;
Bonus: you have experience in a scale-up environment.
