The Role
Want to be the first step in a customer's success story? As a Customer Onboarding Manager for the French and Italian region at Ynteq, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our customers. You’ll help them seamlessly adopt our platform and maximize its value from day one, all while delivering exceptional service. You will work closely with internal teams to drive customer success and continuously improve our onboarding journey.
Your Responsibilities
Lead the Onboarding Journey: Take the lead in delivering a best-in-class digital onboarding experience. This includes identifying key customer needs during kick-off meetings and ensuring our platform is configured to meet their specific operational goals.
Customer Support & Education: Serve as the main point of contact for customers during their initial months, addressing functional challenges and providing training to ensure high user adoption.
Cross-Departmental Hub: Coordinate between Sales, Operations, and Product teams to resolve any initial setup issues quickly and ensure the customer’s voice is heard during product development.
Drive Growth: Stay alert for opportunities where our additional features can help customers further reduce downtime, and collaborate with Account Management to expand our impact.
Process Optimization: Use customer feedback to identify bottlenecks and take the initiative to optimize our onboarding workflows for a rapidly scaling environment.
Project Management: Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously, ensuring every milestone is met with precision and clarity.
Who are you?
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a Customer Onboarding, Customer Success, or Customer Support role, ideally within a SaaS or technical environment.
Language Skills: The ideal candidate is fluent in both French and Italian. Do you speak one of those languages, please still apply! Dutch is not a requirement for this position.
Problem Solver: You have a proactive attitude and enjoy finding solutions to technical or organizational challenges.
Technical Affinity: You are comfortable with software tools and enjoy explaining digital platforms (like CMMS) to a variety of stakeholders.
Organized: You can manage multiple customer journeys simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
